The Human Resources as a Primordial Factor of Profit in Japanes Economy

ABSTRACT. The article presents the main elements of the Japanese economy success, based on the exploitation of its most important resource - the human resource. The management techniques, specific to every Japanese company consist manly in gearing of the whole personnel from the staff to the last employee and setting them in motion for the reaching of the most important goal –the increase of the productivity. The management techniques of the human resources are pointed out in the synthetic description of 5S system. The main advantage of the Japanese system is manly related to the innovative dimension which is based on continuous improvement (Kaizen) and discipline in any level of activity.

Computer-aided Footwear Design by Means of CRISPIN Dynamics Engineer Software

ABSTRACT. This paper presents the software CRISPIN Dynamics CAD Suite, a CAD/CAM bi- and tri-dimensional system allowing the computer-aided designing in footwear manufacture. This system has been developed for the footwear manufacturers, aiming to answer the dynamics needs in the market economy.

Contribution on Curing Solid Film Process from Adhesive Solution

ABSTRACT. This paper presents the research results regarding the structure setting of solid film process from adhesive solutions, by removing the solvent from the adhesive currently used in the footwear industry for soles bonding: polychloroprene and polyurethane adhesives.
