New Methods of Leather Industry Sewage Treatment. Part I
Gabriel ZĂINESCU, Victoria BRĂTULESCU
ABSTRACT. This paper presents a description of current situation regarding the stage of research and application of the new tanneries sewage treatment proceedings, in order to reducing/recovering/reusing/recycling of some components from waste waters. From quantitative and qualitative point of view, two tanneries were monitories; the resulted emissions being estimate don technological phases and total waters. On the second part of this paper, the technical principles which has lain at the basis of the new treatment proceeding and the obtained results, will be presented.
KEY WORDS: treatment proceeding, reducing, recovering, reusing, recycling, waste waters
Studies Concerning the Use of an Anthropometrical Data for Lasts Design
Bujor JIDIUC, Gheorghe BERIJAN, Victoria ROMAN
ABSTRACT. This paper presents gradually a short history of the Romans measurements, between 1986 -1995 and the use of these data for lasts design. There are presented a series of correlation between the main foot anthropometrical parameters, medium number, on destination, ages and sex, which complete the last dimensioning sizing. The conclusions of this study are materialized by a company last standard, the imposed values being checked by some wearing test in the market production.
KEY WORDS: Romans measurements, anthropometrical parameters, standard
Aspects Regarding the Use of Water Based Adhesives in Footwear Industry
Viorica ROŞCULEŢ, Florentina HARNAGEA
ABSTRACT. The paper presents the results of testing some water based adhesives recipes (formulation based on polyurethane and acrylic dispersion) and for bonding linings on uppers (adhesives based on acrylic dispersions).
KEY WORDS: adhesive, polyurethane and acrylic dispersion, footwear industry.
Mathematical Model of Behavior of Bonding of Tensile Strength
Florentina HARNAGEA, Voinea COCIU, Viorica ROŞCULEŢ
ABSTRACT. In this paper, through the utilizations of an experimental program, are presented the results of research regarding the behavior of bonding with organic solvents based adhesives at tensile strength, in order to establish concentration and formation time of solid pellicle. Utilizing Systat program was automatically processed experimental data and was established regression equation that allows the calculation of optimum technological parameters corresponding of maximum strength of bonding.
KEY WORDS: experimental program, organic solvents, equation, optimum technological parameters
Theoretical Appearance Regarding the Leather and Leather Substitutes Dielectric Materials Microwaves Heated
Tudorel BĂLĂU MÂNDRU
ABSTRACT. This paper presents the most significant aspects concerning the mechanism of leather and leather substitute’s materials microware heating. An analytical model is used for this aim comprising the wave equation, the heat transfer equation and characteristic equation for specific phenomena taken in consideration: heating polymerization, jellification, expanding.
KEY WORDS: leather and leather substitute’s, heating polymerization, jellification, expanding
