New Ecological Composite Material from Leather and Other Wastes for the States Sealing Gaskets Resistant to High Temperature
Viorica TRANDAFIR, Mariana GEORGESCU, Rodica NIŢĂ
ABSTRACT. The paper present some aspects towards the obtaining of fibrous mass from leather wastes (chromates and unfinished –FL) and also the obtaining of composite materials from leather east’s /celluloses fibers, MARSIT FA-F The physic-chemical and physic-mechanical characteristics of fibrous masses and composite materials have been determined. The thermic behavior composite material was tested by thermo gravimetrical analysis (TG and DTG) for the application of these materials as static sealing gaskets, resistant to high temperature.
KEY WORDS: leather wastes, composite materials, physic-chemical and physic-mechanical characteristics
Colors Measuring of Wet Blue Bovine Leather Dyed with Romanian Vopsider
Marcela SAVU, Nicolae BADEA
ABSTRACT. Samples of chrome bovine leather were dyed with Vopsider dyes at four consecutive levels and L*, a*, b*, C*, h trichromatic coordinates were measured by means of DATA COLOUR programme. The results represent a data base for the dyeing formulation with Vopsider dyes at unit concentration those remmision curves were plated and trichromatic coordinates were computed for.
KEY WORDS: dyestuff, dyed leather sample, tristimulus value, trichromatic coordinates, DATA COLOR programmer
Rheological Properties Valuation of Polycloroprenic Adhesives Used in Footwear Industry
Viorica ROŞCULEŢ, Mircea Dan BUCEVSCHI
ABSTRACT. The acceptance of the adhesive for the footwear industry by the customer is based on measuring the rheological and mechanical characteristics (usual the peeling resistance on standard substrates). The dependence of the bond strength and adhesive’s consumption upon the characteristics of the adhesives, on various substrates will be shown above.
KEY WORDS: adhesive, footwear industry, rheological and mechanical characteristic
Identification Methods of Surface Faults, Typical for Rubber Goods. Part I
Laurenţia ALEXANDRESCU, Zenovia MOLDOVAN
ABSTRACT. Simultaneous with the development of production of rubber goods have appeared also problems regarding defect son the surface of certain products. For the evidence of these undesired qualitatively phenomena, as well for the partial recuperation products were elaborated identification methods for substances which can exudates on the surface of rubber good technique correlated to their structure. The method is: microscopic; chromatographic in the layer, spectrometric.
KEY WORDS: rubber goods, defects on the surfaces, identification method: microscopic; chromatographic in the layer, spectrometric
