The Utilization of Informatics in Viscosimetrics Properties Correlation of Elastomers, Determined with Different Apparatus
Ioan CONSTANTIN
ABSTRACT. The work presents a product program of rheo - viscosimetric values estimation of the following parameters: plasticity, prevulcanisation and vulcanization time, obtained with the following apparatus: Mooney plastometer, Monsanto rheometer and Brabender plasticorder, on the mathematical base, processed through statistical regression. To realize the correlation of the rheo-viscosimetric results obtained on different apparatus it was elaborated a series of receptures with different degrees of plasticity and also different times of prevulcanisation and optimal times of vulcanization. It was crated data base cumulated for each rheo-viscosimetric parameter using a data base program (FoxPro).
